Yes, i do believe that human being is the most important aspects most especially in world of
business.Critical thinking, patients,words of wisdom,and hardworking,as long as you love your
job as you love yourself there could be a great sequences that you've never expect.

Personally I do agree that the Human beings are the most important, patent and critical resources of any organizational because they are the main reason why the organization or a one business had been made.In order to make a one business grow they should have a lot of consumer which is the human beings itself, with them they are the one who makes a one business improved or become more successful in business world. It also depends to them if they want the business to improve more or not, by their comments and suggestion either positive or negative.
Human beings are also the one who makes the business successful not only by being a consumer but they are also the one who manage a business. In order for it to become successful they should know how to provide such quality products, having the attitude in dealing with customer relationship and having the right ethics in business. With it for sure the business that have been made shall make a new history or creat a name in business Industry.
I believed that human being is the most important patent and critical resources of any organizational because Human being is dedicated to businesses.They show that they value your business through courteous and personal customer service. The important of human being in the business is to be nice and treating all people with the dignity and respect they deserve as human beings. Human resource in creating value and wealth. It is understandable that individuals are the center for generating new ideas as business nowadays survives on innovative ideas.
The globalized form of business is in constant need of formulating policies for the functioning of business which includes human being on a global scale.
Business is essentially as human interprise and hence faces all the challenges of human relationship, and the essence of ethical business is to take up the challenges in a fair, loving liberal and compassionate way.
For it to become successful in business they should know how to provide a quality product.
I believed that human being is the most important spects in business, because human being is the soul of business. Human being are now as valued as economic or hi-tech resources so they are explored by constant guidance, teaching, and promotion. Is an itegral part of any organizations. Also helps business and commerse to make a public relations and built a proper refferal system. It is very necessary that the business developsan associationwith other businessesin the marketso it could propel its earnings through collaboration with other business sectors.
Most employees have gone to termendous expense and effort to create scores of human resources, policies, practices, and procedures that comply with the law and are consistent with their organizations corporate culture.
As one of the citizens here on earth, of course I do believe that human being is the most important medium in the domain of business. We, people, serve as a tool in proposing and organizing such business because we were the ones who build it. As we all know, business is a legally recognized organizational entity designed to provide goods and/or services to consumers. Consumers are essential part of business. People in a business plays a vital role, they set goals and objectives on a particular proposal. Business is a cyclical pattern, and every individual has a different responsibility in making a business.
In the end, all business operations can be reduced to three words: people, product and profits.
Unless you've got a good team, you can't do much with the other two.
It is really true that human being is the most important aspect when it come to business. I guess human being influence a lot of things. But when it comes to business is has a big responsibility on how to organize and make the business grow, it really comes to the mind of humanbeing. The business will not gonna be succesful without the conribution of a humanbeing and as a commonsense people are the one responsible for any actions of the said responsiblity. Humanbeing are the one who will make business success and to make this a succesful thing, it should be operate by a humanbeing. All the ideas that the business needed to make it grow comes from the mind of the humanbeing. So any results in business establishment wether it will be succesful or not it depends on how the humanbeing handle business and how he/she makes deccissions. As human we most preserve, carefull and hopefull.we will play the game of life, business and wealth in business I get my own phelosophy it goes like this play the game but let the game play you be wise enough and be a good player towards life survival.
I agree, because the human being most important authenticity is about the fundamental purpose of a human being.Our bilief is that humans no one has an authentic purpose, which is negative and destructive behavior is symptomatic of some kind of dysfunction, which is resolved, will lead to positive behavior.

Then it was later realized that humans are capitals which can be run through a particular time in fact they are social beings and things change day to day for them. It cannot be that if one person is told to work for a particular time till a year, it is not necessary that he will make it. Authentic businesses are by definition respectful, honouring and non-exploiting. They seek to work collaboratively with suppliers, staff, customers and nature in pursuit of their purpose with profits as the inevitable by product.
